Pros

Joined thinking it would mostly be ticket handling, but the role was actually quite technical. Had to understand the product properly and work closely with engineering sometimes. Team was supportive whenever things got stuck.

Cons

Shifts during busy periods can get tiring.

Got to interact with founders and marketing teams from different brands which was honestly the best part of the role. Learned a lot about demos, follow-ups, and handling objections.

Liked working closely with clients during onboarding. Every brand had different requirements so the work didn’t become monotonous. Team members were helpful whenever escalations came up.
