Pros

1. Salary expectations are met on hiring as very little debate on this. 2. First few weeks are enjoyable until the bullying / passive aggressive behaviour starts.

Cons

1. Non-existent corporate vision. All strategy is based on impulse with no clarity of thought. Masked under 'pivot'. 2. Failures always find a scapegoat which are publicly shamed. 3. Leadership hides behind the veil of 'HR' (which is non-existent). 4. Work-life balance is ignored and weekend work (for free) is promoted. Saying no is seen as lack of commitment and resentment will be experienced. From there, contracts are revised and pay restricted. 5. Allowing staff to work remotely is promoted until they are remote. From then they are bullied to return back to work. 5. Turnover is extremely high. Impulsive rapid hiring leads to impulsive rapid firing shortly after. This is masked behind shady remote working setups. 6. Management will bad-mouth people colleagues in private. 7. Each employee has their own bag story/ history in the business despite.working unbelievably hard.
