Pros

Hands-on work provides time to develop and deepen technical skills.

Cons

Leadership lacks industry knowledge and long-term strategic planning. There is no clear organizational structure, and departments operate in silos, with people often working without understanding the outcome of their work or what other teams are doing. Marketing and advertising strategies are weak, and brand awareness is very low. The company has conducted layoffs without notice, including of long-tenured employees, often with little respect shown. Management appears primarily focused on cutting costs through layoffs. There is heavy micromanagement, little effort toward team building, resulting in no real sense of belonging. The leadership appears overworked and does not prioritize employee wellbeing. The company often hires recent graduates at minimum pay, offers no benefits, and has no clear performance review process. Overall, without strategic direction or industry knowledge from leadership, much of the team’s hard work and contributions end up going to waste.
