      Good company to start software development career

      Pros

      - fast-paced, you really have to think critically - will hone your communication skills - people are friendly and supportive outside of work - your voice will be heard during meetings :)

      Cons

      - they do not have a helpful onboarding session - if you are unlucky, your supervisor will not be able to give you task that you actually know what to do - lots of unpaid overtime - tight deadlines

      Pros

      - Permanent Work from Home. (Occasional Client Visits and Events) - Good People - Not the management (Good People already left). - Salary Increase every year based on performance.

      Cons

      - Ungrateful Bosses. - 24/7 Work - Layoff employees every year. - Manipulative bosses. - All your opinion will be heard but will be used against you. - Bosses has no accountability to its people. - No respect to people - Always bad mouthing employees and no time boundaries. - No action for raised concerns - treated only as small problem but declined to see that big problem that arises. - Unlimited leaves BUT a lot of tasks will be assigned to you before you can take your leave. - Expect you to work even you're on leave. - High Turnover Rate these past few months (2024) - Will assign a lot of tasks during clearance and if it is not completed, they will hold the final pay and no longer pay you. Render period should be the role transition and all not assigning new tasks.
