Pros

Attend the workplace for 8 hours and get paid for 8 hours (i.e. breaks are paid time).

Cons

Consistent errors and underpayment with wages. Wages are barely above minimum rates. Consistent errors with penalty rates and annual leave and long service leave entitlements.

Pros

Staff are nice (excluding some bad eggs & also most of management). If you have an issue senior staff &/or management tell you want you want to hear to make things ok for a while until you bring it up again because it hasn't actually been resolved. No payrise!

Cons

everyone is overworked & underpaid. Even more so as there have been major staff cutbacks and everyone has just beeb expected to absorb all the extra for work with no reward. Also management do nothing and get all $$ while the work ants do all the work for them.

Your responsibilities are very simple.

Cons

Pretty bad wage for the amount of abuse you have to put up with, very high staff turn over, didn't get paid for the first week then when they did pay it they messed it up and had to spend two weeks chasing it up to make sure it was accurate. Claims to have a benefits program but still don't have access to it a month into the role.
