      Pros

      It's possible to make a decent wage week to week.

      Cons

      No consistent paycheck; 100% commission Door to door sales No benefits Very deceptive interview process Grand promises for advancement yet very few do The whole structure is set up very much like a multi level marketing scheme Work 60 hour work weeks with required morning meetings wearing full suite and tie to learn how to... Be better at door to door sales Very repetitive morning meeting and borderline drinking the koolaide-esque mantras they force you to learn

      There is no pros they run it like a cult

      If I could put no stars I would. Dont work here they make you believe that it's all great and your going to get paid great but you wont. The owner is a liar and a scammer and if you quit he will try and take your money that you earned or "hold it until it clears" . Dont buy Into the nonsense. Also he makes his employees put good reviews on here to .ake it look better.

      terrible pay. no benefits. 3 sick days per year. micromanaging boss, manipulative environment. please please please if you're considering working here... dont. if you're thinking about moving for this job, absolutely do not.
