There are layoffs almost every quarter. This year alone we’ve lost a good 35% of the company due to layoffs. Because of this, there is little to no job security. Forget about loyalty, BRCC doesn’t care how long you’ve worked there or what your commitment to the position is. When you get laid off, you get 1-2 months severance regardless of how long you have worked there and they make you sign a non-compete in order to get your severance. They have fired people based on completely illegal reasons but they turn it around to look like a layoff so they can manipulate you into signing away your rights to sue by offering hush money— sorry, “severance.” Friends of the CEO are favored. Poor financial decisions and bad financial projections run rampant and lower tier employees are ultimately punished and laid off because of it. Evan is more of a bully than a CEO and will actually haze his employees at the HQ.

Exec Leadership has no strategic direction, and lacks integrity, Employee morale is very low. Constant layoffs

Favoritism & leadership that can’t lead. Talent Management/Retention is non existent. Don’t expect to grow outside your role, as management prefers to hire externally. Regular layoffs & high employee turnover.
