      Pros

      Great Salary,Benefits and great team. This is one of my best job which I worked for. I enjoyed a lot while working in RIM/Blackberry. Due to unforeseen situation the company has to let go many talents. I wish blackberry will regain its foots in mobile industry

      Great people, learnt a lot, good pay. Wish the company had been successful in their BB10 launch. Was sad to see very qualified people leave.

      Cons

      Company's instability, frequent management changes as people were let go.
