Some of the most empathetic and social people to work with. Work hard, play harder. Seriously loved my time working at Blackpepper for this very reason. Extremely positive place/culture to work at and a great first for anyone fresh out of Uni or with little experience.
Cons
Pay - isn't as high as I think it should be.
Training - not as extensive as I think it should be.
