      Blade is an Israeli startup company that develops an autonomous robot for cleaning solar panels. The company is not lavish with money and the salary is quite on the lower end of the salary scale, but reasonable. Also on the subject of options, the company is not extravagant due to the fact that the company is a stock exchange and it is difficult to allocate options
