      BWG is a small, but growing company. Employees must work hard and be flexible and willing to try new things and work on a variety of projects.

      Great Place, Not the average DC Beltway company

      Pros

      Director level management is best in business, there is a diverse set of paths to advance in the company while also working on a contract or sub-contract. Structure looks like a normal company with branches and directorates but everyone is working with and for everyone in a servant-leadership style set up.

      Cons

      As with any business making most of its income with government contracts an employee needs to be flexible from year to year. BWG is pretty good at mitigating the turnover and life interruptions but it's inevitable in some contracted situations.
