Relatively laid back job with decent PTO, benefits, and flexibility to take care of personal matters.
Cons
Relatively low pay compared to similar positions at other companies, and no real career advancement opportunity. I am a bit too ambitious to work the same role for too long, but is a good fit for someone not trying to grow their career.
Some pros would include, it being an amazing job, friendly and level headed bosses, very experienced foreman, and the job keeps you busy everyday unlike some construction jobs.

We need newer and better equipment, and to spend less on the bridge crews and more on the flooring crews
