Job review - Flooring Specialist Blakley Employee Review

Family owned company. Flexibility to take care of personal matters when needed. They are always trying to improve the culture and how they do things. They have come along way in the past few years.

I think they could offer more PTO but they are still doing what they can for employees. They don't have a formalized review to tell people how they are doing.

Relatively laid back job with decent PTO, benefits, and flexibility to take care of personal matters.

Relatively low pay compared to similar positions at other companies, and no real career advancement opportunity. I am a bit too ambitious to work the same role for too long, but is a good fit for someone not trying to grow their career.
