Great culture and growth opportunities with supportive management

Pros

I have really enjoyed working here. The company culture is genuinely great and people are collaborative, supportive, and it shows in the day-to-day environment. There are plenty of growth opportunities, so you never feel stuck or stagnant. What stands out most is how approachable management and the CEO are, they are actually helpful and invested in their team's success. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a place to grow their career.

Pros

Offices are great. Location is great as well.

Cons

There isn't any work life balance. They expect you to work nights, weekends and the worst thing is they don't respect any opinions. Its you boss way or the highway so people just learned to keep their mouth shut. We saw people getting fired for expressing their opinion. Its a toxic environment and it's a family buisness with many of the owner family and freinds working there so don't expect any friends there. Also I saw them buy recommendations to upgrade their scores but I guess all companies do it.

You are supposed to forget about other priorities you may have in life, just work
