Toxic culture, bad decision making, prioritizes profit over safety and quality which leads to quality failures and lost profits. Do not work here under any circumstances. I can't imagine they'll last very long.
Have no respect for employee family matters. Let people go for health issues and using STD and FMLA benefits. Sneaky in covering up their transgressions.
