      I have never seen worse leadership in a company.

      Pros

      If you want long meetings where nothing is accomplished, with fancy words that mean nothing, this place is for you.

      Cons

      Zero trust in talented employees. Condescending CEO. Not once in my time did I feel valued, nor did I have faith in the "Executive Plan". The employee turnover rate a this company is insane- and it all comes from the top.

      Pros

      Mostly nice colleagues, weekly Friday pizzas, flexible working hours

      Cons

      Toxic culture where there is fear to do even the smallest changes without the approval of the CEO. Directions are coming from above and are not clear. There is reluctance to replace old technology and introduce improvements. Technical debt is ever increasing with each and every change. This is the only company I've seen where agile was scrapped in favour of waterfall development process.

      Pros

      Regular payment After you receive notice of redundancy, you don't need to work notice period.

      Cons

      You must work every day form 9am to 6pm. You must work on weekends and over time with NO payment If you decline to over work you will redundant For one year they redundant half employee. Friday drink starts after working hours and mandatory. Poor management and nobody know what they are doing. No salary review at all.
