Pros
Bleu Capital's work environment successfully fosters young talents. At Bleu, I've had the opportunity to discover the full investment process and participate in the investment committee at the associate level. I also have a direct relationship with our portfolio's founders and work hand in hand with them.
Cons
Sometimes, having a lot on your plate means that you will have to figure out how to tackle problems on your own. This is an environment where self-starters and individual contributors will be successful. but independence can come at the cost of guidance and mentorship at times.
