Friendly collegues and culture, project process management and trainings
Pros
Though not big group of employee in US for now, more employee will come to onsite in the near future. I’ve been given such an opportunity, US colleagues helped me a lot from Visa application to accommodation in US. HR colleagues even pick me up at the airport when I arrived. Whenever I need help they are stand behind me, very friendly colleagues and culture in US. I also learnt a lot from the company good project management process and variety trainings, including soft skill training, technical training and of course English training.
Cons
One reviewer mentioned the talent retention is not good, I agree. Bleum need take more actions to retain talent, while China talent market is very hot, many companies competing to get technical resources, including big name internet company, alibaba, Tecent, etc and tremendous start up companies. Talent retention is the challenge for all IT companies.
