- Despite the size of the business, it feels like working for a start-up with genuine passion about projects and initiatives. - The company communicates well throughout the departments and supports collaboration between the teams. - Part of a large global group with opportunities across the world for the right people. - Develops talent.

Cons

- Targets and tight deadlines can mean high expectations and large workloads (but that stops it being boring so it's a positive in my book).
