Flexible schedule and ability to do what I wanted in my department.

Cons

Owner is disrespectful and expects you to work like a slave around the clock, even from home on your days off.

Sorry you feel that way. Your pro, con comment contradicts it self. All employee's sign a handbook that stated, during the holiday season you may be require to work on a Saturday . I look at your record and you where out sick and was offered to work weekends to make up your hours no one work more the 3 Saturday last year and you had no overtime hour. I hope you find a job soon.

The team i worked with was really great and felt like a family, however, a lot of them are no longer there so I am not sure how things work now.

Cons

The boss can be very very demanding. Thankfully my superior was understanding and very helpful. The work can be tedious and tiring.
