Even though there are no words to describe the amazing culture and working experience at Blink, it's a mandatory field on Glassdoor. This should be enough to satisfy the mandatory field, but won't go close to describing the pros of Blink employment.

-Sense of purpose from work which is refreshing -Blink really look after their employees, there is a real sense of family and working towards a common goal. -Product is very easy to use and has a very exciting roadmap -Continuos training and improvement encouraged -Team are inclusive and willing to learn and hear feedback and open to new ideas

Cons

-Some processes are not ironed out, but being a rapidly growing start-up, that is to be expected.
