-Sense of purpose from work which is refreshing -Blink really look after their employees, there is a real sense of family and working towards a common goal. -Product is very easy to use and has a very exciting roadmap -Continuos training and improvement encouraged -Team are inclusive and willing to learn and hear feedback and open to new ideas

-Some processes are not ironed out, but being a rapidly growing start-up, that is to be expected.
