Pros

If you are someone who enjoys being exploited by your managers and love to be paid less than market standards, please join blissclub. The Ceo is one enthu cutlet who has no idea of whats happening in her company. She does not value her employess or atleast the people who actually do the work in that company. Rather she hires some iim or iit grad who has nothing but that degree and pay them really high salaries just to sit in the office and come up with below average ideas.

Cons

The are some amazing downsides of working in Blissclub. Even if you do the work you will not get the recognition. They will almost treat you like a slave. The ceo is delusional and does not realize the reason why blissclub is what it is today is because of some of the hardworking employess (not the upper management) , who keep their head down and carry the entire company on their back. Just to realize that they are discarded for doing good work.

50/50 Sad & Disturbing

Pros

1. Amazing team building activities and everyone on the top is always ready to party. 2.Unlimited wellness leaves/wfh opportunities. 3.Moving it challenges through various form of sports is the only thing that will get you excited apart from being stuck in a monotonous routine. 4. Free Party & booze for anything and everything. 5.Reimbursements for money spent from your pockets.

Cons

1. The brand has clearly lost its sight of mission & vision along the way. Now its sole focus is money and money only. 2.Lot of switching positions within the departments. People specially in senior positions are assigned to roles completely different to their backgrounds and paid highly for doing minimal job. Whereas people who were at the bottom of the chain being paid the minimum with 0-no increments or appreciation. 2. Lots of confusion within the team leads when it comes to decision making, and poor management of budget. The CEO brings a lot of unwanted opinions to the table for everything. and later on nothing gets implemented. 3. People will easily get blamed for anything and everything if something goes wrong, but when something works well people who worked on it wont even be acknowledged no matter how much hard work would have gone into it. 4.Regular one on ones with HR also doesn't make much of a difference.
