The culture is so bad. They micromanage you, they don't give proper KT and your mental health will reach it's lowest point here. I REPEAT AGAIN PLEASE DON'T JOIN HERE. If anybody have doubt , you can check reviews for Rapid consulting services hyderabad which is the former name of the company , it has so many bad reviews and I think that is the reason they rebranded to blitzenX

Management actively supports the team in upgrading their technical skills, and the compensation packages are highly competitive.

Cons

At this stage, there aren't any significant concerns regarding the organization. For a company of its size, it already provides a wealth of opportunities and support to its employees. However, like any growing organization, there are always steps to be taken for continuous improvement. As we continue to scale, further enhancements in certain areas—such as streamlining processes or expanding resources—could elevate the overall employee experience even more.

This organization operates in a toxic, fear-based environment driven by extreme CEO micromanagement. There is zero stability in decision-making—directions change weekly, sometimes daily—making it impossible for teams to succeed no matter how hard they work. Employees are emotionally pressured, manipulated with unrealistic targets, and then blamed when leadership fails to provide approvals, clarity, or timely decisions. Managers are expected to deliver outcomes without authority, while leadership escapes accountability. There is a disturbing pattern of forced resignations and sudden layoffs without justification. Entire teams are released abruptly, often mid-commitment, with no transparency, dignity, or basic human consideration. Performance and effort do not protect you here—anyone can be removed at any time. The organization makes false promises during hiring around role scope, delivery models, and growth. Employees are later pushed into work that was never clearly defined or ethically positioned, creating serious discomfort and reputational risk for those involved. Governance and ethics are weak. Internal chaos is routinely passed down as pressure on employees, while leadership decisions are reactive and inconsistent. This results in burnout, distrust, and high attrition. Overall, this is an environment where control matters more than people, optics matter more than truth, and fear is used as a management tool.
