There is zero stability in decision-making—directions change weekly, sometimes daily—making it impossible for teams to succeed no matter how hard they work. Employees are emotionally pressured, manipulated with unrealistic targets, and then blamed when leadership fails to provide approvals, clarity, or timely decisions. Managers are expected to deliver outcomes without authority, while leadership escapes accountability. There is a disturbing pattern of forced resignations and sudden layoffs without justification. Entire teams are released abruptly, often mid-commitment, with no transparency, dignity, or basic human consideration. Performance and effort do not protect you here—anyone can be removed at any time. The organization makes false promises during hiring around role scope, delivery models, and growth. Employees are later pushed into work that was never clearly defined or ethically positioned, creating serious discomfort and reputational risk for those involved. Governance and ethics are weak. Internal chaos is routinely passed down as pressure on employees, while leadership decisions are reactive and inconsistent. This results in burnout, distrust, and high attrition.
