Good exposure in the Industry if you are willing to work hard. If you want to grow in the company, you can sweet-talk your superiors to get ahead. Is that a pro for you?

Cons

- No proper operations system/everyone is expected to do everything/no specified role identifiers - Benefits & Incentives are promised but not paid - The CEO/COO & Managers will take credit for all your hard work - Only the founder sits in Canada, and the entire company is in India, yet teams are expected to work round the clock - No legal team - All the "fun" things they do are only for Social media. In reality, teams are forced to join the fun friday calls & the company rarely pays for off-sites - The 'start-up' concept is not clear. Employees are expected to work passionately to grow this said 'start-up' but in fact, the management runs it like a bhelpuri stand. - Promotions are based solely on how much you grovel before the founder and not on your progress.

There are zero benefits whilst working here.

Cons

The environment is very toxic, people are mentally are burnt out. Company expects the people to work for 12-14 hours everyday which results in zero work life balance. Company doesn't value it's employees, and people are made fool when it comes to job & responsibilities. HR Team is of no help, & top management is very partial. If you want to learn work politics, then this is the right place for you!
