Pros

Growing faster and bigger everyday, Bloom is an amazing place to work. People are passionate, open-minded, hard-working and fun to work with. Constant support, feedback and recognition makes it a great environment to grow your career and share your ideas. To top it all off, we have insane foosball tournaments, delicious snacks and, most importantly, constant coffee pouring !

None. Working at Bloom is absolutely awesome!

Talented Team, Fast-Paced Environment

Pros

Bloom has many great aspects but nothing tops the team they have assembled. The people who succeed at Bloom are talented, passionate and caring. The team challenges and supports each other, it pushes people to do more than they would have thought possible. There is a culture where every task is a team responsibility and where no one wants to let their teammates down. For people who want to grow their digital marketing skills, Bloom is a fantastic place to develop. Bloom is also a company that tries to live up to their stated values. It is very much a meritocracy, which I found refreshing.

Cons

The fast pace at Bloom is not for everyone. Time management is extremely important which can place a lot of pressure on individuals. Once you reach a certain seniority at Bloom it can be difficult to progress. You gain management's trust to complete your tasks with minimal oversight but you also miss out on chances to be mentored since leadership's time is so limited and much of it is dedicated to developing new recruits.

Great High-level management, people there are really nice and they know what they are doing. When you do something great, management wont hesitate to come and tell you that you did a good job. And on the other hand, there are lots of opportunities to learn from skilled people. They are giving a lot of chances to people that aren't learning as quickly as others. They are really caring for their employees and you can feel it. Great job!

Cons

missing lower level managers. you are dealing with a lot of pressure, but that's agency life ;)
