Pros

Growing faster and bigger everyday, Bloom is an amazing place to work. People are passionate, open-minded, hard-working and fun to work with. Constant support, feedback and recognition makes it a great environment to grow your career and share your ideas. To top it all off, we have insane foosball tournaments, delicious snacks and, most importantly, constant coffee pouring !

Cons

None. Working at Bloom is absolutely awesome!

Pros

Worked there as account manager, left and came back because I loved and missed the team too much. Had a wonderful experience at Bloom. Broad portfolio of clients allowing employees to work on many different style of projects. Agency adapts and widen their capacity to respond to market trends and client needs making it a wonderful place to learn. If you show up, act professional, remain accountable, c-level will back you up and allow you the flexibility required to develop new skills and grow. Not at all the typical agency experience where you are expected to work overhours and burn yourself out, super respectful of their employee’s worklife balance.

Cons

Perhaps some tend to forget that client satisfaction and retention remains a priority making the day-to-day harder than it should for some team.

Pros

the team on the ground is great - passionate folks who are willing to work together and help each other out. some AMs are really stellar at their job, managing most of the comms so specialists can do their jobs and some are pretty sharp at digital marketing great office location, fun christmas party. 4.5 day work week is really great.

Cons

growth paths are almost non-existent beyond the paid media specialist role: as a result, you have some “specialists” with 5+ years of experience, and some with only 1. lack of management support in media team, absent senior leadership. too high of an account load for most in the media team, even if they’re small accounts. lack of hr presence for various office situations and it shows - the hr person is very kind, but she has too much work to manage everything. they need another person.

Thank you for highlighting what you enjoyed—our passionate, collaborative team; supportive Account Managers; convenient office location; festive Christmas party; and 4.5‑day work week—elements we’ve worked hard to build for a positive experience. We’re sorry the role didn’t feel like the right fit and that you left feeling dissatisfied. We recognize agency life can be fast‑paced and isn’t for everyone. Our managers are meeting one‑on‑one with every Paid Media Specialist to map out clear career paths—from Intern through Director—so there’s always a roadmap for growth. We’ve strengthened our senior Paid Media leadership to ensure specialists have the guidance and balanced account loads they need, even during busy periods. Our HR team handles sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism; you may not always see every action we take, but our priority is to address concerns privately and maintain a supportive environment. We continue to invest in experienced directors and managers who are committed to mentoring every team member. Thank you again for your feedback. We’re always looking to improve, and we wish you all the best in your next role.
