      Pros

      What a pleasant experience working here! The ownership is very engaged and treats employees like family. The company has a team-focused philosophy, which makes for friendly and helpful co-workers. Benefits are competitive and there is plenty of room for growth. Great experience all-around.

      Cons

      The work can be challenging and intense at times, but it makes for a very fulfilling experience. Additionally, senior management is always available to provide guidance and any resources necessary to accomplish your task.

      Pros

      Having been out of the work force for many years, I was hired and accepted by very enthusiastic co-workers. We have a great work environment, that is always full of happy employees. The company provides a comfortable workspace and great benefits to all. We enjoy 2-3 off site company retreats a year that really help unite the company as a team.

      Cons

      While the company is generous to pay for employee parking there is not a lot of parking in the area and that can be difficult at times, but the location is great!
