Big trap due to the image at insta and google
Pros
Hiring process is fast and the help with the documents is good
Cons
-You will ALWAYS work longer, everyday! (and if you think it is performance based, no! Everyone in the team stays longer besides the boss ofc) -Lunch breaks might be 30min, if you are lucky or behind your computer if you are not -There are more interns than employees as they like to save money and this will cost you more time as you also manage or onboard them, without getting payed for it ofc -They fire people, without a warning, just straight ahead if they "don´t fit to their attitude", saw it myself 4 times in 4 months with interns and employees -You will be forced to sign a paper with fake working hours, as they need to have it in case of a government control -You HAVE TO ask every candidate you are dealing with to write a recommendation on Google to keep their image online... -There are no benefits to your not great basic salary -You are starting to make commissions after a really high amount of money you need to earn first, which is tough on the Spanish market, as the salaries are quite low compare to other countries -During the pandemic Olivia reduced the salary of interns from 500€ a month to 250€ a month for more than 40h working/week, as she didn´t have enough full employees to cover the needs of the clients and the clients were hiring the same as before, so there was no reason to do it and she didn´t put them on ERTE, just told them, if they don´t like it they can leave, which is during a pandemic tough due to the ERASMUS requirements
