I like some of the people I work with and it pays the bills until I find something better

Management recently asked the employees to leave a review on glassdoor after receiving some bad reviews. I don't think an employer should do that. Reviews should be authentic, not forced by managers. Usually at work I find myself dealing with the "boys club" here is is actually worse. It's the "girls club" and if you are not on the cheerleading squad, the squad leader just hisses at you and gives you dirty looks. They use threats to keep you employed, the loan officers complain about the rates and how they are forced to take reduced pay to compete.
