To start on a positive note, the company knows how to hire experienced and talented individuals. Unfortunately, that’s where it ends. What they do with this opportunity is, frankly, disappointing. They chose to run their employees into the ground under the guise of “entrepreneurial spirit”, a term that upper management throws around frequently. In all reality, having this spirit means giving your life to them for pennies. It quickly became laughable to be encouraged to spread love and human connection with customers, while being denied a safe place to work, learn, and grow. I have witnessed so many of my coworkers lose their spark in such a short period of time. Based on my experience, I would not be surprised if any positive review here has been encouraged by the owner.

the owners had outlandishly high expectations of their employees and placed an insane amount of pressure on management on a constant basis - which trickled down to employees at every level. each and every person in this company was (quite simply) over-worked and under-paid, thus, causing the highest turnover rates you will ever see in a small business. they preach mental health awareness in this company, yet I happen to know nearly every past employee regularly speaks to a therapist about their time here.
