Pros
Software is targeted to a "feel good" industry to work in. It's built on a good platform. There are many nice people - for awhile.
Cons
Non-sales people control sales. Will not let people do their jobs. Constant undermining and hijacking of responsibilities. Many claims of experience that can't be seen. Too many good people driven out causing constant change and instability. Too many others have decided it's a waste of time trying to change things and have left.

Cons
Owner is an egomaniac and completely unaware of how they come across and what a toxic person they are.
