      Pros

      Open to new ideas and willing to try anything once. Owners are nice and show appreciation for the work you do. Clean office. Coworkers are really cool. One hour lunch. HR really is an ally of the employee.

      No structure in any dept, lack of organization, business is so new it's very clear they are still trying to figure things out, office area is not organized
