I had multiple job role changes over my 3 years at Blue Castle and was promised the earth on joining however despite constantly reaching targets the goal posts were constantly changed. Sexist, homophobic and discriminate directors who will do anything to save their own backs from the shareholders, all with a lack of experience in senior management and clinging on to justify their positions only gained through luck from a buyout in 2015. 11 redundancies & multiple firings during my time with a total of around 30 staff members, if your face no longer fits they will get you out ! I also believe the previous review may be fake, made by the directors in an attempt to improve their score as I don't know anyone who has left Blue Castle on good terms.
