1. Low pay ($15k lower as for this position)
2. Terrible culture - simple social interactions is discouraged
3. Long and inflexible hours - no WFHs

The pros are the company has some great human resource talent. They do hire the best people, only to treat them pretty poorly. The benefits package is good.
Cons
They have (unsuccessfully) been trying to sell the company for a while. The company had promise early on, but the management here is just a mess. I can't imagine the current management even holding a job at a professionally run financial institution.
