Pros
Casual environment and appeared as a new and exciting company with a good future.
Cons
Poor management and employee environment. Reprimanded by owners two days into employment for reasons of bad project management that left me unsettled from that point on. Then to be laid off. Anytime the owners called a meeting it was bad news. Not a good feeling and bad experience overall due to this inexperrienced start up environment.
