You only make money if you can get people to sign up for donations. On an average day you'd go out into the streets for about 7 hrs and you can get about 35+ people to stop and talk to you. Out of those 35+ people, you can have 0-2 people to donate. I wish they were upfront about how much you make money. The job post lies and says you'll make a certain salary and that is not guaranteed. Some days I got no one to sign up and that meant no money. It's highly unpredictable and I felt so unsure about how much money I was going to make.
Also if you don't get a certain number of sign ups for 2 weeks, they said you'd get fired.
Everyone starts off at the same position , doesn't matter your experience.
And you work 11 hr days , no overtime offered
Also their is no health insurance offered, 401K or PTO.
This job was not for me. Ask questions when you interview
