Cons

A company I would avoid dealing with, both working for and working with. Expect you to perform on day 1 with 0 client list for you to take on with senior staff ring fencing their job lists. Are expected to continually harass companies that have jobs on public sites with candidates (who don't exist) to add you to their preferred supplier list. We were also instructed to call possible candidates (found on jobsites) to qualify their requirements and try find out where they had interviewed so you can chase up those positions. If you leave within 2 years of working there (and didn't have 2 years recruiting experience) they try to withhold £2500 of your pay to recover "training costs". Even though you literally receive nothing and start on a near minimum wage salary.
