Blue Marble is made up of a diverse group with specialties in various fields, which allows for idea’s to really prosper. Everyone is fun to work with and everyone seems to get along very well. Employee drama is very minimal. The Executive team is very different than other companies. They are very easy to communicate with and keep the company up to speed on current projects. The biggest perk to this job is being able to live Western Montana. The benefits offered are really awesome!

I came from an academic research environment and my goal was to get experience in industry by being part of a team that makes products that impact our everyday lives. It is a very collaborative environment, unlike in academia where you only interact with colleagues from the same department, at Blue Marble we interact and work with almost everyone in all departments. It is a very dynamic environment that encourages creativity and innovation in research- this is very helpful especially if you are looking for opportunities to grow. As an R & D Chemist, I have worked on many different projects thereby expanding my knowledge base and experience. Definitely a place for any chemist who would like to start a career in industry. Safety issues are handled with a high degree of diligence and commitment from the management. The vision, expectations and where the company is going are well defined.
