An objective review of why you should NOT work here
Pros
+The team members who are NOT in leadership positions are hard working and really great +Pays pretty fairly +Allows remote work (healthy work/life balance typically)
Cons
-The leadership team falls into your stereotypical "schedule meetings to talk about meetings." -Misogynistic, at best. Those making decisions play zero role in execution, which for large companies this might be normal but the company is TINY (15 people) and over half the company is executive leadership and their assistants -Leadership calls team members and talks poorly about other team members behind their back. They do not provide feedback to the actual employee. -Leadership will try to "weed" people out instead of firing- meaning that not only are people treated poorly, but team members are kept on for YEARS who are underperforming -Talks a lot about culture and values, but I never saw anything close to walking the walk **I left this job during an employment crisis, with nothing lined up. I have heard that they tell current employees I left for a new job (even though I had a very transparent exit interview... which I requested). I feel that it is important to note that this work environment was so toxic and draining that I prioritized my mental health and left with nothing in the pipeline.
