It's a job & you get paid.

Cons

Working for Stephanie Shimp was literally one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had (including working for Kim Bartmann) . She's rude, dismissive, patronizing & unbearable. Now that she has complete control of Blue Plate, I can only imagine it getting worse.

Lots of usual customers that tip well

Cons

Owner will confuse you about what he expects. It changes constantly. He will just flip out over the smallest things. He definitely has his favorites. Too much drama between staff.
