      There were no pros working here.

      Cons

      Everyone is hired as a freelancer but everyone must be available whenever leadership says so. The workload is intense, and most people are left to drown with little direction. Management likes to decide when to treat you like a contractor and when they expect you to act like a FTE to their benefit.

      Netta is an amazing CEO, really wants your success, very interested in helping you grow, very flexible hours

      Cons

      No employee benefits because they hire independent contractors only (but this does allow for more flexibility)
