We/ME | Dependable | Solve It | Fun Works- These are the values the Blue Spark Energy team ( Sparky's) live by! It's all about the Team and the commitment to success for each Sparky. Say what we Do and Do what we say, even when no one is watching. Courage to fail fast and Learn- see a problem, we fix it. We take ourselves lightly and our work seriously. Not afraid to laugh at ourselves and with each other.
