Pros
This is a company that is filled with professionals – but they just happen to be fine human beings, too! This is a relatively small company, but from the top to the bottom it is filled with people who are both scary-smart and who also care for one another. If you are used to working for bullies, jerks, ego-maniacs, etc—you will be pleasantly surprised at the difference here. Ethics are high.
Cons
It's a small company, so if you want to work in a room filled with cubes of co-workers, it is not your cup of tea. (This isn't really a "con," unless that's the type of environment you look for.)
