Pros
Ive worked for blue for over 10 years and in that time I’ve had some brilliant internal and external training that has really helped my career. The work environment is also very friendly, and the team is great to work with
Cons
The only downside is the OOH (out-of-hours) work. Because we have to work around the tenants in the buildings, you’ll need to be okay with early mornings and some night shifts
