      None - commission structure is ridiculous. Tiered down. Even though wholesale prices higher than most competitors.

      Cons

      EVERYTHING! I loved the product and working with the customers. Sales manager is very unprofessional competes with the team will give no support or mentorship. Targets are moved without any warning and if you don’t meet them, they just get rid of you. It’s all and only about the numbers not the people. Don’t expect help you won’t get it. Training is nonexistent so ya better be a quick learner.

      Disrespectful owner. Micromanage to the point of wanting to quit. Terrible pay, awful benefits. Heavy video and audio surveillance of every move you make. Sharing personal information with other employees. Childlike management.
