Pros

This is very simple because there is not much to write here: -- Pay is kinda comparable with the industry -- Even as a fresher one might get an onsite opportunity (Vietnam for example) -- Some teams are doing good work, but these are an exception to the rule -- The basic idea behind the business is good, but execution is poor & shady

Cons

I had prepared a 3 page (1957 Words review), unfortunately Glassdoor does not allow me to post much here, so I will keep it short: -- Salary and PF are often delayed (longest salary delay I had was 21 days) -- HR policies are horrible, no transparency in operations at all, policies are rolled back clandestinely -- Either you follow the herd or you are left out (politics) -- If you are a seasoned professional, this is not the place for you, for freshers it is a "satisfactory" place to learn the ropes -- You might be hired as an Eye Surgeon, but you might be asked to perform Heart Surgeries, enter at your own risk ;-) -- All that you see is not gold (LinkedIn etc..) better ask around ex-employees, current employees, then make an informed decision -- Not much projects in hand -- "Yes man" culture, strange promotion policies (overnight double promotions) -- You might be made to run around for months, even after you leave (experience certificate, Form 16, full and final settlement to name a few) -- Poor management and etiquettes (shouting in meetings, in front of other people, on phone - my boss tried this once with me, he was put to his place immediately, he never tried that with me again). -- Did I mention that Teams Messages and E-Mails are monitored? Oh yes! ;-) PS - some ratings are given 1 star as there is no lower option.

Pros

- During the initial years of its inception, company management was employee friendly, which within a period of 1 year changed. - No other good points to mention as there isn't any.

Cons

- Hiring employees on the pretext of giving them onsite opportunities, but once the employee joins no such opportunity is provided.Onsite opportunities are provided only to people who are personally related to management. For others, even an opportunity itself is not given. - Salary payment is delayed every month. Sometimes, after 20th of that month salary gets credited. - The company recruits people only for outsourcing purpose. There is no be good project with them. - People with just 2+ years of experience are made as team leads who end up ruining the career of the entire team as they lack decision making capability. Due to one such instance, company and the team ended up losing out on a customer project. - Company never discusses about its clients/ future projects/ company profits in any of the skip level meetings which gives the employee a transparent view about the company's performance. Infact such kind of meetings are hardly conducted by the management. - Micromanagent and dirty politics are very much in place within the organisation. Due to lack of opportunities with the company, the management blames the employee for not performing upto the mark( if no chance is given for the employee to showcase his/her talent, how will the employee perform?) - All in all a worst company to join be it if you are a fresher or an experienced professional. Even if a higher package is being offered consider other opportunities.

Cons

Ineffective decision-making: Poor management within a company can lead to inefficient decision-making processes. If leaders lack the necessary skills or fail to gather input from relevant stakeholders, it can result in misguided decisions that negatively impact the company's performance and success. Lack of communication and transparency: A company with ineffective management may struggle with communication and transparency. When leaders fail to communicate important information or keep employees informed about changes and decisions, it can create confusion, breed rumors, and erode trust within the organization. Inadequate performance evaluation and feedback: If a company's management fails to establish a proper system for evaluating employee performance and providing constructive feedback, it can hinder professional growth and development. Without regular assessments and feedback, employees may feel undervalued, unmotivated, and disengaged from their work. Unfair salary practices: Inequitable salary practices, such as gender or racial pay gaps or arbitrary salary decisions, can lead to employee dissatisfaction and contribute to a toxic work environment. If employees perceive that their compensation is unfair or not aligned with their contributions, it can harm morale and lead to talent retention issues. Lack of employee development opportunities: Companies with poor management often overlook employee development and training programs. When employees feel stagnant and without opportunities for growth, it can lead to decreased job satisfaction and increased turnover rates. Without investing in employee development, the company may also face challenges in retaining top talent and keeping up with industry advancements.
