-- Employee Staff is so good. -- Always ready to help. -- Motivate & encourage fresher. -- All stay like family, all work with team. -- It's Good company for Fresher if we want to experience for 1 year.
Cons
-- Old Technologies Used which are not valuable in current market. -- Not to adopt new technologies. -- Any time Saturday off has been cancel. all are afraid, no one can speak. -- Alternate week off not sure given or not. -- Most important Work/Life Balance not maintain. -- No Proper Work policy assign for Employee. -- Dead Time of Work not proper mention. -- Also lack of Project manager knowledge to lead the project.
