      Pros

      They will be nice to you in the beginning is the only pro I can imagine.

      Cons

      No professional behaviour of the employer and HR. you can only get promotion or an upgrade in your salary if you can please the boss. They will throw big dinners to compensate for the underpaid work they'll make you do. Odd time meetings...if you look at company record no employee has been older than a year. They make you resign when it's time for promotion and hire new people who don't ask for a raise.

      Coming from a medical background, this startup company has broadened my horizons. Have gained a lot of new experience in different fields. No one kills your eagerness to learn more. Higher management is always open to new ideas. There is a lot of personal growth along with professional.

      Cons

      Some colleagues can be problematic but supervisors are always there to guide and help.
